  • WANDA SHOP
    • Since the works of the above brands are all made of plastic injection materials and handmade, and the size is small, the following is the scope of their works license:
      • Fine lines, pinholes, bubbles, and small black spots caused by material properties.
      • Hand-made resulting in uneven lengths of hands, feet, and neck.
      • Bubbles and liquid textures inside transparent and translucent materials.
      • For transparent and translucent materials, the joints are easier to loosen due to their softer materials.
      • Slight bleed over the painted area.
      • Cracks and debris caused by fine bubbles generated during the coating stacking process, or bubbles bursting.
      • If the coating on the tenon sticks to the joint, try turning it carefully. If it is impossible to rotate, please contact the Museum of History for assistance with the guarantee card.
      • Some hand-painted works series may have uneven brush strokes or color, which is the designer\'s creative style.
    • Fortune Wanda Friend may have the following phenomena due to the small tenon:
      • Tenon slack: Please let it stand for a period of time to allow the material to recover naturally.
      • Hands and feet fall off: please try to re-install it back to the original place.
      • The gap between the tenons is large: when the limbs move, the tenons may not be fully closed, which is a normal phenomenon.
    • WANDA SHOP works preservation and precautions:
      • Due to the nature of the material, the work may be stained, peeled off, or deformed due to prolonged wearing of dark clothing or accessories, using a platform, or maintaining the same posture.
      • The work may also expand and contract due to ambient temperature and humidity.
      • If the temperature is extremely low, it may cause the work to become hard and brittle. Please wait for the work to warm up before moving the joints.
      • In case of extremely high temperature, the work may be melted and damaged. Do not store the work in direct sunlight or around high temperature objects.
      • It is recommended to store in a dry and suitable temperature environment.
      • If there is dust and dirt on the surface, it is recommended to wipe gently with a soft brush or a soft cloth (toilet paper) dampened with water. If it still can\'t be removed, try using an alcohol-free wet wipe. Cleaning with magic (technical) sponges or corrosive liquids is not recommended as it may damage the finish of the work.

  • COCORIANG, iMda Doll, Comi Baby Doll, Grove, NIJIQO
    • Since the works of the above brands are all resin molds, the following is the scope of their licenses:
      • Fine lines, bubbles, noise, and side lines caused by material properties.
      • There are small marble patterns in special muscle colors or small color precipitation points on the surface of the doll body.
      • The color difference before and after the side line of the turning mold is polished.
      • There is a small amount of glue overflowing where the magnet is attached.
      • The magnet came off.
      • There is unevenness or unpolished inside the doll body and joints.
      • The doll head and the body parts cannot be 100% joined, and there are slight gaps or gaps.

    • Work preservation and precautions:

      • Since the brand uses a strong magnet, it may fall off due to too strong suction or the adhesive fails due to temperature.       • It is recommended to store in a dry and suitable temperature environment.
      • Heavy blows or hard friction may cause damage or breakage of the doll, please enjoy it gently.
      • Improper body makeup may damage the body surface.
      • If the surface is dusty, it is recommended to remove it with a soft brush or a toothbrush.
      • If the surface is dirty or stained, it is recommended to wipe gently with a soft cloth (toilet paper) dampened with water. If it still can\'t be removed, you can try to use a magic (tech) sponge to wipe with water, but do not wipe the parts with makeup or matte paint.
      • Do not use non-resin ball joint doll-shaped makeup remover special solvents, or acidic, corrosive liquids to remove makeup or wipe the doll body, which may cause skin discoloration, damage, or unexpected chemical reactions.

    • Since the works of the above brands are all made of plastic or soft rubber, the following is the scope of their work license:
      • Plastic injection holes, fine lines, bubbles, stray spots, and mold side lines caused by material characteristics.
      • The characteristics of soft rubber material are subtle indentations caused by packaging, clothing accessories, and posture.
      • The mold side line and the joint seam cannot be 100% joined, and there are slight gaps or gaps.

    • Since the works of the above brands are all made of resin, glass, acrylic, and plastic, the following is the scope of their license:
      • Plastic injection holes, fine lines, bubbles, and noise caused by material characteristics.
      • Parts of acrylic eye assembly joint gap.
      • There are slight differences in size of glass eyes due to material characteristics.
      • Resin eyes and glass eyes are not perfectly round.
      • Pupil edges are uneven.
      • There is an unevenness on the back of the eyeball.
      • The same style may cause slight differences in eye lines due to size.
      • The color difference is caused by external factors such as the size of the eye sockets of different dolls, the knot inside the head, the shooting light, the screen monitor, and the camera.
    • Work preservation and precautions:
      • When wearing and adjusting, do not press hard, it may cause the eyeball to scratch the surface due to friction with the eye socket.
      • Do not store in damp, direct sunlight.
      • It is recommended to store in a dry and cool place (for example: a camera moisture-proof box, a lock-on sealed box, or in a box with a desiccant)
      • Glass or hollow glass eyes are recommended to avoid collisions as much as possible.
      • The surface of the glass eye may generate moisture due to the large temperature difference between day and night in Taiwan and the humid environment. It can be gently wiped with tissue paper or a soft cloth.
      • Different materials may be added to the glass eye, and it is not recommended to reheat or process it by yourself.
      • Acrylic eyes are not afraid of heavy falls, but they can still break when pressed hard. Some materials may appear sticky if placed for a long time.
      • Do not wipe with acidic or corrosive liquids (eg: alcohol).

  • Wigs, Apparel, Shoes, Hardware
    • Since the above accessories may contain materials such as textiles, plastic fibers, and hardware parts, the following works are licensed:
      • Wigs and shoes are factory-made and hand-crafted, and there are subtle differences between each pair.
      • The wig sporadically fell out.
      • Wigs vary in size due to hair material and hair style.
      • There is a small amount of glue spilled on the trim or edges of the shoes and accessories.
      • There is a small amount of glue overflow or virtual edge in the clothes to prevent the fringe from closing the edge.
      • Inconspicuous seam finishing thread.
      • Slight difference in seam spacing.
      • Oxidation occurs when hardware parts come into contact with air or moisture.
    • Work preservation and precautions:
      • Due to the hot and humid environment in Taiwan, it is not recommended to wear the accessories for a long time, regardless of the dark or light color, to avoid the possibility of staining.
      • Some wigs are made of non-heat-resistant silk, limited temperature resistance, or mixed with other materials. It is not recommended to iron them yourself.
      • The wig can be gently combed with a soft-bristled toothbrush.
      • If you want to use hair smoothing or styling lotion, it is recommended to buy products for human use that do not contain alcohol or oil. After use, be sure to confirm that the wig is completely dry before storing or wearing it.
      • Do not store in a humid, direct sunlight environment, which may cause the accessories to fade, dye, yellow, crack, oxidize, melt, etc.
      • If there is dust, use a soft-bristled brush or toothbrush to gently remove it.
      • If it is dirty, you can use toilet paper or a soft cloth dampened with water to wipe gently, and wait until it is completely dry before storing or wearing it.
      • Due to the small size of the doll costume, washing or dehydrating in a washing machine is not recommended.
      • For washing needs, cold hand wash with mild detergent is recommended.
      • Do not use hot water, bleach, and prolonged soaking.
