    • Bring your QR Code.
    • Visit JiWu+Documentary at the date you selected.
    • Show your QR Code to the staff to scan.
    • Recevie the printed tickets!

    • Please note! If you select 11/23 to pick up your ticket, please visit the event venue, Taipei Horizon , to pick up your ticket!
    • Ticket pick up deadline: 9:30 am 11/23
  • Terms & Conditions:
    • Please note all tickets that purchase at this page request to pick up printed version BEFORE 9: 30 am 11/23.
    • There will be no ticket exchanging service on the event day.
    • Purchasing the tickets will be seen as agreed Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box visitor terms and conditions.
    • 1 person / 1 ticket, ticketchecking or queuing for others are not allowed.
    • After ticketchecking, you can leave and re-enter the event venue by an event stamp on hand.
    • All tickets are not cancelable or refundable due to person reason. But self-transfer is allowed.
    • If there are any tickets (including vendor, advance entry, and normal) resold for more than its original value or fixed price, purchased through computers or other related equipment with false information or other improper methods. Once the complete information is reported to Mr. Hoffman's Toy Box, the ticket will be invalidated, and the admission qualification will be canceled. The case will also be reported to the competent authority.
    • If your ticket is lost due to personal reason, please purchase it again.
    • Lottery tickets, and event maps are free gifts, no refund or exchange into cash due to personal reasons.
    • Advance Visitor Pass and Visitor Pass can not be used for Vendor Entry.
    • If the event canceled or rescheduled due to national disasters or other majeure forces, Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box will announce further information online.
    • Please Note: The advance visitor pass is only provide a priority chance to queue at your favorite booth. It does not guarantee the opportunity of purchasing specific products at specific booth.
    • Also, some vendors might prepare their own queuing cards, lottery tickets, or limited purchasing rules. Therefore, please ensure you carefully check Vendor's website or SNS updates. The actual purchasing rules will be according to vendor's announcement on the event date.
    • The queuing number card of the Advance entry ticket can not be resold, given away, or exchanged.
      If any above situations are reported, the traded numbers will be canceled. The parties can only join the line ans stay at the end, after all advance entry ticket holders finish queuing.
    • All lottery tickets have to put into lottery boxes before result announcement time.
    • All lucky numbers will be called three times. If no one responses, will be seen as given up and the prize will be sent to the next lucky number.
    • Lucky winners please bring your ticket to the lottery area for collecting the prize.
    • If the ticket number is severely damaged and cannot be read, the prize will not be redeemed.
    • All prizes are sponsored by vendors. They can not be exchanged or refunded into cash.
    • If the prize is defective or defaced, please be sure to mention it when receiving the prize, so that Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box can assist in communicating with the sponsoring vendor for an exchange.
    • For prizes that remain unclaimed by the end of the event, Mr. Hoffmann's Toy Box will separately announce the re-drawing method.

    • The pictures of the store are provided by the original factory or taken by the museum itself. The actual color may have color difference due to different screens. Please do not edit, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
    • Some works must be unpacked for shooting and selling video, display, or try-on needs. Before shipment, the Chronicle Library will reconfirm that the works and packaging are brand new and without defects, but if you mind, please consider carefully before placing an order.
    • For the scope of individual brand licenses, please refer tothis pageinstructions, or contact the Archives.

    • Once payment is made for pre-orders and customized orders, cancellation or exchange for the above reasons or personal reasons will not be accepted.
    • If the in stock order is cancelled or returned due to the above reasons or personal reasons, only the return and refund service will be provided, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the order, the handling fee related to the refund, and the return shipping cost.
    • Abandoned orders will be listed in the blacklist and announced after the return and refund procedure is completed.
    • The order selected for delivery cannot be picked up within the deadline due to personal factors, resulting in the order being returned and cancelled, please place a new order by yourself. If the product is returned without pickup more than 3 times, it will be blacklisted.
    • Orders that have been picked up by the physical library, if the order cannot be picked up within 14 days due to personal reasons, it will be sent directly by registered post office without refund of the shipping fee.
    • If the order is not picked up for more than 14 days, the buyer will be responsible for the risk of quality variation, damage, or the release of quota for the order to be ordered by other customers due to storage for too long.
    • No returns or exchanges are allowed for any order more than 14 days after shipment.
    • JiWu Library will check the status and packaging of the works before delivery. If you have any serious trauma caused by the delivery process after receiving the pre-order order, please contact the library within 24 hours to arrange return.
    • Returns must be new, fully packaged, unopened or used. Returns must include: product body, accessories, gifts, original birth card (if any), and the library guarantee card (if any), and an invoice. If the original outer box and inner packaging are unpacked, damaged, missing, or the brokerage library or the original factory judges that the condition is not brand new, the refund will be deducted from the value of the product after deduction.
    • If the order is cancelled or blacklisted due to violation of the above matters, the relevant fees of the order will not be refunded, and the orderer shall bear all possible damages or related liabilities (including but not limited to settlement money, litigation costs, attorney fees) )

    • Due to most of the artist's works are small and handmade, the recommended using age is 15+.

    • Resin, plastic, soft vinyl, and other similar materials might have below situations: 

      • Injection marks, parting lines, tiny bubbles and impurities, painting detail differences, or slightly larger seams, loose joints, and surface indentations. 

      • Please understand these are all under acceptable quality ranges and will not be seen as defects. 

    • All photos on selling or promoting pages, and also our SNS are provided by our distributing artist / brand, or creating by ourselves. Please do not edit or use for commercial purposes.

    • Some items might be unpacked due to photoshooting, display, or fitting reasons. JiWu Bookstore will ensure the item and its packaging have no damages before shipping. However, please carefully consider before purchasing.  

    • Placing order will be seen as agreed our terms and conditions. So please carefully consider before purchasing.

    • Customized or pre-orders are not cancellable or refundable.

    • Any orders cancelled by personal reason, we will only able to provide a refund service. However, please note: all shipping and refund service fee will have to be covered by your end. 

    • Any uncollected orders are cancelled or returned, we will firstly contact you to arrange a refund or re-delivery. However, if the situation happens 3 times, a refund will be organized.

    • For any orders are not collected over 14 days, and the items are damaged, spoiled, or released to other customers, the responsibilities will be taken by you.

    • Please note there will be no refund, return, or exchange for any orders are finished over 14 days.

    • We will carefully check all works and packages before shipping. If there are any damages happened during delivery process, please contact us in 24 hours.

    • Exchange or refund works must be new, with completed package, unopened or unused. 

    • Once the return is confirmed, please send back: the work which need to be returned or exchanged, attached accessories, gifts, the artist / brand's birth card, JiWu Bookstore warranty card, and invoice. 

    • If any above items are used, opened, damaged, or lost, the refund will deduct the lost value.  

    • Any customers against above terms and conditions, will be noted on blacklist, and might also have to compensate according to the cost and take the related responsibilities (including but not limited to settlement, legal charges, layer fee) JiWu Bookstore Co., Ltd. will not take any responsibilities.
