Returns must include: product body, accessories, gifts, original birth card (if any), memorial library guarantee card (if any), and invoice. If the original outer box and inner packaging are opened, damaged, or missing parts, a refund will be made based on the value of the product minus any wear and tear.
◆ If the order is canceled or blacklisted due to violation of the above matters, the order-related fees will not be refunded, and the orderer shall bear all possible damages or related liabilities (including but not limited to settlement funds, litigation costs, lawyers, fee)

If the original outer box and inner packaging are unpacked, damaged, missing, or the brokerage library or the original factory judges that the condition is not brand new, the refund will be deducted from the value of the product after deduction.
