◆ No returns or exchanges are allowed for any order more than 14 days after shipment.
◆ The Memorial Library will inspect the status and packaging of the works before shipment. If there are any serious injuries caused by the shipping process after receiving the pre-order, please be sure to contact the library within 24 hours to arrange returns and exchanges.
◆ Returned products must be brand new, fully packaged, and unopened or unused. Returns must include: product body, accessories, gifts, original birth card (if any), memorial library guarantee card (if any), and invoice. If the original outer box and inner packaging are opened, damaged, or missing parts, a refund will be made based on the value of the product minus any wear and tear.
◆ If the order is canceled or blacklisted due to violation of the above matters, the order-related fees will not be refunded, and the orderer shall bear all possible damages or related liabilities (including but not limited to settlement funds, litigation costs, lawyers, fee)
