Thank you for ordering works from the Archives Agency brand.

In order to protect your rights and interests, please be sure to keep the shopping invoice and guarantee card properly as the proof of the guarantee consultation service provided by the Museum of History.

workWithin 12 months from the date of shipment, if the customer himself fails under normal use within this period, he can use this card to
JiWu Library for assistance.

JiWu Library will assist you to communicate with the original brand about the follow-up treatment after confirming that the required content meets the original brand warranty or return conditions.

JiWu Library Warranty Card Consulting Services do not include:
  • Consumable accessories"and"Random bonus gift
    • Consumable accessories"Including but not limited to: wigs (hair transplants), eyelashes, eyes (pupils), elastic cords, S hooks, makeup, clothing, Obitu and PARABOX body, etc.
    • Random bonus gift"Including but not limited to: eye mud, technology sponge, face mask, etc.
  • If any damage is caused during delivery, pleaseWithin 24 hours after receiving the workContact the Archives and present the invoice and this card. If the period is exceeded, it will be deemed that there is no damage to the delivery process and will not be accepted in the future.
  • Purchase works of the agency brand of the Chronicle Library through online or physical channels (including but not limited to: by yourself or entrusting others through the original brand website, agents in other regions, and attending the events of the original brand in person or by entrusting others to be on-site purchased works)
  • Due to your improper assembly, operation, cleaning, maintenance, accident, damage, misuse, abuse, non-original brand spare parts, self-processing, natural wear and tear, natural oxidation or yellowing, or other non-record library and original brand Damage caused by accidents, acts, failures or omissions within our control.

Before consulting, please confirm:
  • The shipping date is still within the service period.
  • Please private message the Archives Facebook fan page and provide the following photos:
    • Purchase invoices.
    • Warranty card within the service period.
    • The work needs to assist the consultation office (recommended to attach relevant text description)
JiWu Library will consult the original factory within 3 days after receiving the information and assist in follow-up communication.
caution:

  • If you need to send the work back to the original factory for repair or return, please do not attach any unnecessary related accessories, and we will not be responsible for any loss.As for the part of the postage cost, it is determined according to the original factory policy. The Archives will forward the original postage cost policy of the work to you, so that you can judge whether it is a follow-up work to be sent back to the original factory.
  • The Archives and the original brand are not responsible for any damage to confidential, property or private information contained in the work you send for repair or return.
  • After the repair or return is completed, the brokerage library will notify that if the product is not returned for more than 14 days, a daily storage fee of 50 yuan will be charged.
  • Consult within the guaranteed service period or return the work to the Archives or the original brandIt does not mean that there will be an opportunity for repair or return
  • Repair or return does not mean free service, The Chronicle Library and the original brand have the right to quote you in advance according to the actual situation of the work, and charge the fee after your consent.
  • After receiving the actual work, the Museum of History and the original brand have the right to inspect and confirm whether to repair it.

※For works ordered before July 10, 2021, if you have any inquiries, please contact the Archives with the paper guarantee card and invoice attached to the order.
※For works ordered after July 10, 2021, please contact the Archives with the ordering name, phone number, e-mail, and invoice.

Here is the warranty service we provide:

  • Period: 12 months from the shipping date.

  • If the work is used in normal situation but has any fails. You can contact us supports!

  • Please provide:

    • Order Number.

    • Invoice.

    • Warranty card.

    • Item's photos.

    • The supports you need in words.

We will contact the original artist / brand according to the information you provided, and get back to you within 3~7 days.

  • Please note the service does not include:

    • Consumable supplies and randomly gifts.

      • Consumable accessories include but not limited to: wig (or transplant hair) eyelashes, eyes (or eyechips) elastic cord, S hook, face-up, outfits, Obitsu and PARABOX bodies (or joints)

      • Randomly gifts include but not limited to: eye fixing putty, melamine sponge, mask.

    • Orders are not directly purchased from JiWu Bookstore, include but not limited to: order directly from the artist / brands, other dealers, resllers, or second-hand.

    • Please note: if you order for other people, The work will be seem as a second-hand item and not include under this service.

    • Any damages caused by below situations:

      • Improperly installation, use, cleaning, or maintenance.

      • Using non-original part or reforming.

      • Naturally oxidation or yellowing.

      • Any other accident, behavior, failure which cannot be controlled by JiWu Bookstore Co., Ltd. or the artist / brand.

  • Service Charge:

    • Please note this is not a free services.

    • The artist / brands and us reserved the rights of charging any possible fees according to actual situations.

    • However, all fees will be provided in advance and the decision will be made by you.

    • Possible charges include but not limited to:
      return / exchange shipping, repairing, replacing, handling, PayPal service fees, and also tax.

Once you confirm to accept the service, please process the payment, and return the work to the address we provide.


Please note:

  • When you send the work, please do not attach any unnecessary accessories, personal belongings, or important items. If they are lost or damages, the artist / brand will and us not be able to take any responsibilities.

  • The service does not guaranty every works can be repaired or exchange. The artist / brand and us still reserved the rights of whether to provide the service after the work is received.
