Shipping policy

  • General Shipping:
    • 7-11 store to store / TWD 60
    • From January 1, 2022, if the package is not picked up and must be re-sent, a handling fee of 35 yuan will be charged in addition to the re-sending shipping fee.
      If there is no contact within 3 days after the notification is not picked up, the refund will be deducted and the order will be blacklisted.
  • Bulky items:
    • Post office registration / prices are subject to the store.
    • Black Cat Home Delivery / The price is subject to the store or to be paid on delivery.
  • International parcels:
    • China/Hong Kong/Macau: SF Express (EMS available, price extra)
    • Other areas: UPS / EMS, please refer to the price displayed on the checkout page.
  • Physical pickup: Free shipping.
  • Note: Cash on delivery is not available.
  • Suggestion: Please place the order separately for pre-order and stock. If you place an order together, the delivery time will be based on the pre-order arrival time.

  • China / Hong Kong / Macao：

    • SF EXPRESS: Freight to Collect.

    • EMS is available.

  • Rest of the world：

    • EMS

    • Air Mail is available.

  • Please purchase pre-order and regular items separately. Otherwise, your order will be delivered only until all items are arrived.
