- Precautions:
- Due to large amount of orders, the processing time will be 5~7 working days.
- Purchasing a ticket is deemed to agree to Mr. Hoffman's toy box entry regulations and ticket use instructions.
- Please enter the venue with 1 ticket for ticket inspection, and no ticket inspection or queuing on behalf of you is allowed.
- After the ticket is checked, you can enter and exit the venue multiple times with your hand stamp.
- Once the tickets are sold, no refund or exchange will be accepted for personal reasons. Please transfer them by yourself.
- Before the event day, if it is found that the number of the ticket resold is higher than twice the ticket price, it will be regarded as a scalper, the number will be invalidated, and the queuing sequence will be postponed to the next number.
- If the ticket is lost or damaged due to personal factors, please buy a new ticket.
- The lottery ticket is an attached gift, and no personal request for return or discount for any reason is accepted.
- Advance tickets and general tickets cannot be used for vendor admission.
- If the event is postponed due to force majeure such as weather, Mr. Hoffman's Toy Box will make a separate announcement about the handling.
- Please note: Advance tickets only provide priority admission opportunities, and do not guarantee the opportunity to purchase designated booths or products. Some booths need to be purchased separately with the number plate, or there are purchase restrictions. For details, please refer to the notices for purchasing popular booths and the announcements of each association/brand website.
- All lottery tickets must be put into the its lottery box before the draw on the event day, and will be automatically invalidated after the expiration date.
- During the lottery draw, all participants must be present to participate. All lucky winning numbers will be called 3 times. If no one responds, it will be deemed as giving up, and the next lucky number will be drawn.
- Winners are required to bring their winning tickets and valid ID documents to the headquarters of the event to receive their prizes.
- If the number of the admission ticket is seriously defaced to the point of being unrecognizable, the prize cannot be redeemed.
- The prize draws are all sponsored by participating associations/brands for free, and no refunds or discounts can be requested for personal reasons.
- If the prize is defective or defaced, please be sure to mention it when receiving the prize, so that Mr. Hoffman's Toy Box can assist in communicating with the sponsoring association/brand for a exchange.
- For prizes that are still unclaimed after the event ends, Mr. Hoffman's Toy Box will announce the re-drawing method separately.

- Resin, plastic, and soft rubber, etc., due to the characteristics of the raw materials and the production process, there may be injection holes, edges, small bubbles and impurities, slight indentations, differences in painting details, slightly larger gaps at joints, and slightly loose or tight joints. - The pictures of the store are provided by the original factory or taken by the museum itself. The actual color may have color difference due to different screens. Please do not edit, reproduce, or use it for commercial purposes without permission.
- Some works must be unpacked for shooting and selling video, display, or try-on needs. Before shipment, the Chronicle Library will reconfirm that the works and packaging are brand new and without defects, but if you mind, please consider carefully before placing an order.

- Once payment is made for pre-orders and customized orders, cancellation or exchange for the above reasons or personal reasons will not be accepted.
- If the in stock order is cancelled or returned due to the above reasons or personal reasons, only the return and refund service will be provided, and the buyer will be responsible for the shipping cost of the order, the handling fee related to the refund, and the return shipping cost.
- Abandoned orders will be listed in the blacklist and announced after the return and refund procedure is completed.

- Orders that have been picked up by the physical library, if the order cannot be picked up within 14 days due to personal reasons, it will be sent directly by registered post office without refund of the shipping fee.
- If the order is not picked up for more than 14 days, the buyer will be responsible for the risk of quality variation, damage, or the release of quota for the order to be ordered by other customers due to storage for too long.
- No returns or exchanges are allowed for any order more than 14 days after shipment.
- JiWu Library will check the status and packaging of the works before delivery. If you have any serious trauma caused by the delivery process after receiving the pre-order order, please contact the library within 24 hours to arrange return.
- Returns must be new, fully packaged, unopened or used. Returns must include: product body, accessories, gifts, original birth card (if any), and the library guarantee card (if any), and an invoice. If the original outer box and inner packaging are unpacked, damaged, missing, or the brokerage library or the original factory judges that the condition is not brand new, the refund will be deducted from the value of the product after deduction.
- If the order is cancelled or blacklisted due to violation of the above matters, the relevant fees of the order will not be refunded, and the orderer shall bear all possible damages or related liabilities (including but not limited to settlement money, litigation costs, attorney fees) )
