◆ JiWu Bookstore will inspect the state and packaging of the works before shipment. If there is any serious trauma caused by the delivery process after receiving the pre-order, please contact the bookstore within 24 hours to arrange the return and exchange.
◆ The returned goods must be brand new, packaged intact, and unopened or used. The return must include: the product itself, accessories, gifts, original birth card (if any), Chronicles Museum guarantee card (if any), and invoice. If the original outer box and inner packaging are opened, damaged, or missing parts, a refund will be made based on the value of the product after deducting the loss.
◆ If the order is cancelled or blacklisted due to violation of the above matters, the order related fees will not be refunded, and the orderer shall bear all possible damages or related liabilities (including but not limited to settlement money, litigation costs, lawyers fee)
