退款政策

  • 請確認好需求尺寸與顏色後再下單。
  • 由於大部分作品零件細小且為手工製作，建議收藏年齡為15歲或以上。
  • 樹酯、塑膠、以及軟膠等材質，因原料特性與生產過程，可能出現射出孔、邊線、細小氣泡與雜質、輕微壓痕、塗裝細節差異、接合處縫隙略大、關節略鬆或緊等現象，皆屬於原廠許可範圍。
  • 賣場圖片皆由原廠提供或紀物自行拍攝，實體顏色可能因不同螢幕產生色差，也請勿未經許可編輯、重製、或進行商業用途。
  • 個別品牌許可範圍可參考此頁面說明，或聯繫紀物書館。
  • 訂購將視為同意上述與相關規定，在意的朋友請務必仔細考慮後再下單。
  • 預購與客製化訂單一旦付款完成就不接受以上述理由或個人因故要求取消或退換。
  • 現貨訂單如因上述理由或個人因故要求取消或退換，將僅提供退貨並退款服務，訂單寄件運費、退款相關手續費、退貨運費，將由買家自行承擔。
  • 棄單將一律於退貨退款程序完成後，列入黑單並公告。
  • 選寄送之訂單，因個人因素無法於期限內取貨，導致訂單被退回並取消，請自行重新下單。如超過3次未取貨被退回，將列入黑名單。
  • 選實體門市取貨之訂單，如因個人因素無法於14天內完成取貨，將以郵局掛號直接寄出，不另退運費。
  • 如超過14天未取貨，導致訂單因存放過久產生品質變異、損壞、或名額釋出被其他顧客訂購等風險，將由買家自行承擔。
  • 任何訂單出貨後超過14天，皆不允退換。
  • 紀物出貨前皆會檢驗作品的狀態與包裝，若收到預購訂單後，有任何因寄送過程造成的嚴重創傷，請務必於24小時內與紀物聯繫，以便安排退換事宜。
  • 紀物出貨前，會盡量包裝商品外盒、避免碰撞，但如因物流導致外盒損傷，可未傷及作品本體，將一律視為非瑕疵或損毀。
  • 國際包裹如要求低報價值，如因物流導致作品毀損，紀物將無法提供任何退換或賠償。
  • 退換商品必須為全新、包裝完整、未經拆封或使用。退貨須包含：商品本體、配件、贈品、原廠出生卡（如有）紀物保證卡（如有）以及發票。如原廠外盒與內部包裝經拆封、損毀、或缺件，將根據商品價值扣除耗損後退款。
  • 如因違反上述事項導致訂單被取消或被列入黑名單，訂單相關費用將無法退還、訂購人應自行承擔一切可能發生之損害賠償或相關責任（包括但不限於和解金、訴訟費用、律師費）

 

  • Before purchasing, please carefully check all details, such as sizes and colours.
  • Please note there might be colour differences on each monitor.
  • Due to most of the artist’s works are small and handmade, the recommended using age is 15+.
  • Resin, plastic, soft vinyl, and other similar materials might have below situations: 
  • Injection marks, parting lines, tiny bubbles and impurities, painting detail differences, or slightly larger seams, loose joints, and surface indentations. 
  • Please understand these are all under acceptable quality ranges and will not be seen as defects. 
  • All photos on selling or promoting pages, and also our SNS are provided by our distributing artist / brand, or creating by ourselves. Please do not edit or use for commercial purposes.
  • JiWu will ensure to wrap each items carefully. However, if the outer box is damaged during delivery, the item itself is fine, it will be regarded as non-defective.
  • For international parcels declared at a lower value, Jiwu will not be able to provide any refund, exchange, or compensation if the item is damaged during transit.
  • Placing order will be seen as agreed our terms and conditions. So please carefully consider before purchasing.
  • Customized or pre-orders are not cancellable or refundable.
  • Any orders cancelled by personal reason, we will only able to provide a refund service. However, please note: all shipping and refund service fee will have to be covered by your end. 
  • Any uncollected orders are cancelled or returned, we will firstly contact you to arrange a refund or re-delivery. However, if the situation happens 3 times, a refund will be organized.
  • For any orders are not collected over 14 days, and the items are damaged, spoiled, or released to other customers, the responsibilities will be taken by you.
  • Please note there will be no refund, return, or exchange for any orders are finished over 14 days.
  • We will carefully check all works and packages before shipping. If there are any damages happened during delivery process, please contact us in 24 hours.
  • Exchange or refund works must be new, with completed package, unopened or unused. 
  • Once the return is confirmed, please send back: the work which need to be returned or exchanged, attached accessories, gifts, the artist / brand's birth card, JiWu Bookstore warranty card, and invoice. 
  • If any above items are used, opened, damaged, or lost, the refund will deduct the lost value.  
  • Any customers against above terms and conditions, will be noted on blacklist, and might also have to compensate according to the cost and take the related responsibilities (including but not limited to settlement, legal charges, layer fee) JiWu Bookstore Co., Ltd. will not take any responsibilities.
